If I am watching a call which is subsequently closed and then re-opened, I get a notification when the call is re-opened. This can be very useful when keeping an eye on "interesting" calls which I suepect may be re-opened by the customer.
Currently it is not possible to start watching a closed call, meaning that if I want to keep an eye on a call (to see if it gets re-opened) I have to re-open, watch and then close the call.
Can the system be updated to allow watching of closed calls?
