Re-opened calls report/query

At call closure, our users receive a message informing them that their issue/request has been closed. However, they are invited to 're-open' if they are unhappy with the outcome (i.e. they do not think the issue/request has been dealt with). We would like to be able to easily report on how often this occurs in order to determine whether or not we have an issue with premature closure. At present the only way to do this seems to be via a database query - not ideal.
