When going about Performance Assessment and demand of a few Published KB articles, we noticed that the Hits of an article are displayed differently when in the Read and Review screens:
KB Read: "Service Desk Hits" (Internal) and "Portal Hits" (Customer Portal)
KB Review: "Hit Count" (Both Internal and Customer Portal combined)

In order to make these fields display in a consistent format, we'd like the ability to edit the Knowledge Info Panel so we can adjust values and information displayed.
I'd assume that this would involve the Knowledge Bank being within the Designer tool, which is subject of another feature enhancement which has been submitted (CORE-I-409).
