I've observed that the Comments box at the bottom of a published knowledge article, on the BOSS Customer Portal, has a very small Comments box for customers to supply their feedback. The comments box seems the exact same size as the internal BOSS Core knowledge comments section.
Please consider allowing expansion of this Comments section for published articles, as I'm positive that customers would prefer to type into a larger field; it seems as though a lot of screen space is wasted by having the comments box so small, and attempts to expand it within the tool (v9.6.2) currently have been unsuccessful.
