Our internal Q&A Admin team use the copy and paste button frequently.  When they paste the information, and select Clear all from Customer drop down box, it clears all customer fields but not the Configuration Item box.  Would it be possible to have a Clear All option button running along side the other copy/paste buttons to clear ALL of the fields linked to the customer
