Touch Capable Portal

The new portal with expandable menus doesn't work with a touch screen Windows tablet, as you are unable to access the submenus.

Can it be upgraded to work better?

The Self Service Portal and Nano interfaces have been made fully responsive to be suitable to use on Mobile and Tablet devices in the 10.4 Release.
