When viewing the linking diagram of a request there are two options for opening a linked request/incident. Either double clicking the item in the list (1.), or clicking the item and selecting "Open" (2.). In the first case it opens the Request/Task in review mode whereas in the second case it opens the Request/Task and immediately takes action on the item. It would be nice if these two options functioned the same way and opened in review mode. This change would encourage consistency in the system functionality. It would also prevent users from accidentally taking action on requests, and therefore locking them for use, preventing the correct recipient from taking action.
