Currently there is a 30 character length limit on the saved search names field.

This results in a lot of our saved searches that are shared globally getting abbreviated and looks less professional.

We do have some long team names which i'll admit don't help but 30 is a bit short.

Also allowing & would be hands (as it would same me characters)
