Was the person record I would find it useful to be able to see all the linked (owned) CIs for that customer
On a CI record, there are menu options to "Call Search" and "Request Search". It would be useful to have something similar on the person record to search for calls, requests and CIs.
You won't be notified about changes to this idea.
