Due to the larger numbers of workflow templates being created, it is requested that Workflow Profiles have a second tier so it is easier to group and find workflows.

Hard to find workflow tempaltes in main app due to number under main processes

Add a second tier to the selection of workflow templates Merged

Due to the larger number of workflow templates used, a second tier is needed for the selection of Workflow Templates to be created in the main app.
