Logging Officer field for Searching Requests

Hi All,

Currently there is only a 'Logging Officer' field on the Call side of the system, which makes it easier to identify who logged a Call.

Unfortunately there is no 'Logging Officer' field on the Request side, which make its near impossible to track down who logged the Request in a timely manner.

Suggestion would be to include this field on both Call and Request sides, as well as the ability to search by the 'Logging Group'.

    Request Creator is used on the Request to determine who logged the workflow.

    Hi there, there is a 'Task Creator' field but no 'Request Creator' field available when looking through criteria (including advanced search) or column options in both Request Search and Requests Outstanding. (v9.5.2).
