Remove the form count from Service Catalog forms

We would like to remove the following text from forms accessed via the Service Catalog:

Form(s) For: [Form Name]

* 1 form(s) to be completed before you can submit your order.

This text is unnecessary for our forms and confuses our customers.

    Self Service Portal Screens have now all been added to the Designer in vFire Core. Labels can be modified and/or hidden, as well as Tooltips added for the majority of the text labels visible.

    You can't completely remove them though. the number still stays
