The multi select field control needs an improvement. Currently the box is quite small so if you are working on a large number of values you need to scroll very carefully.

The default functionality is to hold CTRL to multi select. This is ok but if you accidentally click an entry without holding CTRL, you will lose all the values you have previously selected.

Is there a better way to handle the control of this field?
