Everyone I speak to finds workflow complex.  To create a workflow you have to start at the task level and then move up but there are so many different elements that you have to have in place to get to the final request that it can often seem an uphill battle.  A workflow wizard pre-populated with commonly used workflow that would, within 1 interface, be able to create all of the relevant elements you need would be very helpful. 

Once you have created all the elements or at least identified which elements are required a workflow check list would also be helpful that you can tick off when you have for example - updated your task screen set and linked to the task.
