Customer have indicated that they would like to change the MMA links in a number of ways. Things such as removing the "Open Task" button from an Approval MMA link so only the Approve and Reject button show (so if they have not rolled out the portal they are not publishing a link to it) and changing the wording on the links (such as "Open Call" to "Open ticket")
