Images that are in the description field are not being displayed / inserted into the PDF or the generated report

When using the print functionality in vFire Core, to save a ticket as a PDF, any images that are in the description field are not being displayed / inserted into the PDF or the generated report.

We believe this to be a functional limitation of the product.
