Ability to link more than one CI to a Call

Often times an incident can involve more than one CI. For example, a customer can have a problem with Outlook on their laptop.  We'd like to link the Call to both the Software CI for Outlook and the CI for their laptop.

    In this example, the issue would be with the Installed software "outlook" this should then be part of a tree, above which would have the OS and then the laptop. This is how a CMDB is built so that you dont need to list each related CI. Your CMDB software should show all related CIs
