Subscriber Groups are useful for controlling who can see what in the Service Catalog in the portal. The problem is they are difficult to maintain as you can only add users as individual customers or by organization. If your org structure doesn't work for what you're doing, you're left having to manually add users to groups one at a time...which sucks if you're using AD to auto-create users in the first place. Can we come up with a better way of maintaining them? Maybe allowing us to add users via the AD integration, or via customer portal role, or something similar?
In v9.7 you can now map Groups/OUs to Subscriber Groups through the AD Conenctor.
