Display the Organisation/Location data within the tool in diagram form - including the logical (reporting lines to Manager) as well as physical (person Y is located in Department/Organisation X).

Enable administrators/managers to manipulate the data by drag/drop in the diagram - move a person across to a new department, change their reporting line etc.

The drag/drop process would kick off the 'proposed' change into workflow, and depending on the customer's business process take it into CAB, or make the data change within vFire and cascade the change back into the master data source (such as AD etc.)
