Filtered service action list based on service selection
I want to add a selectable service action field to the incident form with a filtered list of entries based on the service which was selected. The service actions will be linked to the service in the CMDB.
Many business systems these days are complex and consist of a number of function, for example reporting, printing, submitting information, notifications, etc.
The idea behind this request is to list these service functions as Service Actions in the CMDB and allow the Service Action to be selected on the call forms from a filtered list based on the selected Service.
This will provide an additional bit of information for support teams what function of a service a request is raised against.
