Currenty when you perform e.g. a Call search and you have a dropdown as selection criteria (e.g. Location) you need to select one value out of the drop down list. Often you want need to search for more than one entry out of the dropdown list, and then you need to perform 2 searches to get you result. It would be much more effective to be able to tick the values you want to search for in the drop down list.
