Designer Paramter to choose a Default Value for DropDown Fields where field is not mandatoru

Often Drop Down Fields are not Mandatory but the Organisation would like to suggest a value to the end Officer e.g. Call Source on an Incident Screen would default to "Telephone" on an Incident but "Employee" for a Service Request, however the logging officer can change if needed. This is not consistent in the tool.
