More advanced archive and purge feature inside the VSM Merged

It would be nice to have more advanced archive and purge feature inside the VSM. Currently it is not possible to archive objects (attachments) freeing some database space. For your consideration only. Logging Enhancement request on behalf of the customer. They would like the ability to archive objects to free DB space.

    The ability to archive by partition would also be extremely useful in our organisation.

    I support this with the following extensions

    • the scope shall include, at least, also requests, calls and attachments.
    • it shall be possible to state rules for when and what to archive and then when/what to purge, from the "live" data or from the archive
    • there shall be means to schedule these activities
    • there shall be an API and GUI available
