ER: Improve the way VSM handles corrupt or incomplete systems. In the server console, if a system is created without a valid database connection configured, that 'incomplete' system will cause issues in the other systems. E.g.: - error in event logs as the services try to connect to the incomplete system's database - crashes the server console if you click on the incomplete system - causes patching to fail - and who knows what else VSM does not handle corrupt or incomplete systems created in the server console. Fixing this would improve usability and reduce the number of support issues being logged.
