VSM 9.1.7 -Copying and pasting request details When using the copy button, at the top of an existing Request, then opening a new Request and clicking on the Paste button, all the details of the previous request are copied across, including the Ref field, Implementation Start date anPd Implementation End date fields, which should not be copied across as this may lead to confusion. Customer would like the ability to customize which fields are being copied across, when using the Copy/Paste functionality in calls/requests. The reason behind this, is that when copying details, there are certain fields which contain unique references, which should not be copied across, as this could lead to logistical errors/confusion.
