Bulk Update error

Bulk update error.'Public_Ind' field cannot be found - We are trying to run bulk updates on the 'Public_Ind' field so that customers can view CMDB items from the portal. However, bulk update cannot find the field to map. I think that this field is standard, but we may have added it as a custom field at a later date (It has been a while) Please see below for screen shots. Seems reasonable to want to bulk update CMDB items to be visible on the portal or not. It's on the screen so people would expect to be able to use it in the bulk update function

    As per the comment from Gytis, the field does currently exist but it's internal name is different and it's value is reversed - however it it present.

    As I understand PUBLIC_IND is not a physical field in the system by default. It's just reflecting a reversed value of the real CMDB item field USER_RESTRICTED. So you may try updating field "User Restricted" instead of "Public_Ind". Just bear in mind that the value must be reversed - if you want to display the item in the portal, the field "User Restricted" has to be set as FALSE.
