Original text from customer: Some of our users have expressed frustration with not being able to search for any text entered in a call or a request. For example, they want to search for "outlook", no matter whether a user has entered it in the description, or the subject, or the "more details" field. They seem to only be able to search in description or in individual fields. We are on 9.1.4, is there any enhanced functionality available in later versions that will allow our users to search more effectively across all text or textarea fields in a given request or call?
