In VSM 9.15 PROD, we are using location stakeholders. Every task in the workflow goes to the local support team based on the location of the customer. It works well. What I want is for the initial assignment of the request to go to the VSM group based on location. This is because the US local support team does not like seeing requests for local support China etc in their queue. How can I assign the request to a variable group based on location stakeholder like I do the task. I could not see a way in the task assignments
