Our Officers are often confused about the Linking functionality. I have two enhancement requests here. 1. Allow Linking of Tickets also if you are not the owner of the ticket / if the ticket is already closed. Currently linking functionality is greyed out in these cases. 2. Add a tooltip to the Link as Parent / Link as Child Buttons which shows you in written language the result of this button: e.g. Call 123456 parent of 4462323 instead of only the Text Link As Parent.
