Service Manager does support embedded images within the Problem description field.

Service Manager does support embedded images within the Problem description field. Nevertheless the inbound mail interface does only pass the text into this field and attaches embedded images as objects instead of embed them to the description. Please provide a enhancement to the inbound email interface to keep the original email format with embedded images. Enhancement request already placed at VMWare (call 13308974804)
