KB Article: Cannot click a URL link in the Service Manager Call description field

VMware had a KB article for an issue for "Cannot click a URL link in the Service Manager Call description field" - is this something you guys will be able to fix in a future release?

    I believe this may have been resolved, adding a URL to the Call Description and pressing "CTRL"+Click on the URL will open the webpage (as a new window in the vFire Wrapper.
