Issue with Type Tier field settings - See below In my opinion text box must reflect the type tier value. We have some problems on form refresh when it is not (e.g. returning after picking service). It does not make sense to set a type tier vaue and clear it's text box I guess. It is like you set customer ref field value and clear it's QD's text. DS response - Makes sense to 'clear' via putting the default value in. However, when you make the field required in Designer and set "No Default Value" as "Yes" then the type tier is blanked out on a new call in the portal. So i suppose the blanking by the erase button is consistent here. Do we leave the clear as blank or set the clear as the 'undefined' value and then change Designer? I'd say we leave it as clear. Agree?response - This is the right direction but I think that it is not totally right. Some important points (like parameter ismUnselectedValue) are missing. Besides, if you will set ismUnselectedValue to different than -1, then it's text might become not empty one. To make it a bit more clearer (at least I expect that) I am attaching a table with the field settings and values (previous, current and expected). See above/attached image for clarification of what needs changing/fixing in type tiers. Type Tier in Customer Portal does not behave as expected - Type field settings in Designer: Required: No Issue: When you click the clear button, the type field becomes empty. However when you submit call, the field is saved with Default value ("1" [Unspecified]). Expected: if you clear the field, then a call should be submitted with a cleared value ("-1" [Empty]), as this field has been set to 'Not Required'
