Is it possible to link an incident as a parent record to a request?
A query from a user, is it possible to link an incident as a parent record to a request? It doesn't look like you can as if you are in a request then you can only link an incident as a child record, and visa versa if you are in an incident record then you can only link a request as a parent. I can see how that would work using ITL in that a request can spawn incidents, the user is wanting though to represent an incident resulting in a change.
Can we revisted this. We have had some interest in reporting on Changes raised off the back of Major Incidents.
This is currently not a function the system allows.
