Disable copying of Call Ref

When copying a call it is copying a lot more fields than v8. We need to disable the copying of the Call Ref fied as it is causing confusion on our desk. Is there a SQL query I can modify to remove that field from the list of fields to be copied. In VMware Service Manager 9 the CallRef field is also copied when a call is cloned\copied from an existing call. This is causing some issues as we do not want this field to be copied, as it is used for our integrations to keep the link between the various systems. This is causing duplicate ref values to be saved in the system and causing confusion when our calls need to be updated from the vendor system.
