Customer wants a take action OLA using IPK override times for P1 and P2 tickets. However, the system will not allow me to configure just a take action OLA with IPK override clocks configured without also configuring a resolve OLA. A warning message comes up telling me I don't have a resolve OLA configured. Please can you tell me if this is by design or a bug? Seems like I should be able to configure this take action OLA with override clock. I would appreciate it if you could put forth Take Action OLA Override without a resolve OLA as an enhancement request. Many clients may focus on the Take Action OLAs based on their maturity well ahead of being prepared to create OLA resolve breaches for all of their groups. Picking up tickets timely, which is promoted by the Take Action OLA, is easy to configure across the board even for immature Orgs. However, almost all companies use a different clock for P1s if not also P2s so this enhancement would be very helpful.
