The history in requests indicates the request manager for tasks that are set on the template. For example, It will say approval forwarded to officer x by officer y, even though officer y hasn't manually done anything, they just happen to be the request manager at the time. It would be better if it was made clearer that this is a system user or automated history item - this is an issue when trying to audit our processes or prior CRs etc. Can this please be logged as an ER?
