Physical Status when forwarding calls internally

Physical Status when forwarding calls internally Hi SD, I think there is a bug in the call outstanding views in VSM v9.1.6. It looks to be the same in 9.1.9. When a call is forwarded to my officer account, the physical status should be "forwarded to you" but it is "forwarded internally". When a call is forwarded to my group it should say "Forwarded to my group" but it says "forwarded internally". Only the officer sending the call should see "forwarded internally". The recipient should have a different physical status. This field should be perspective based and different dependant on whether you are the sender or the reipient of the call. Thanks, Chris
