When setting up search field settings in v10, there is the ability to include other fields within the search as an extra column. There should be an option to hide the display of the column whilst still allowing it to be included within the search. A good use case is adding an "also known as" field to put in lots of keywords that are searchable but do not necessarily need to be visible to the user. A seperate, individual, extra option should be available for all additional fields to hide the display of them.
