Expand Email Request Objects option to User Approval Emails

We would like to be able to send customers request objects that were uploaded during the request submission, but this option is only available at the moment against Messaging Tasks.

We could setup 2 emails in the workflow, a standard messaging task and the approval but would like to send only one email with the options to approve or reject.

    Recipients may not have access to ASM portal if they’re receiving the email on a work phone, for example. The option to include any attachments with the email ensures that everyone can easily access the documents without needing to log into ASM or search through the Portal.

    The option to add attachments to the user approval task eliminates extra steps for the recipient. They don’t have to go looking for the attachments on the Portal, which can save time and streamline the approval process. Users are looking for the simplest way to get things done.

    The system was designed to send all attachments with Messaging tasks. It needs to do this because the recipient of the email might not have any access to ASM so cannot access the attachments any other way.

    Recipients of User approval tasks have access to ASM by definition so they could access the attachments via the Portal.
