When SSO is configured (especially forcloud systems) and is configured to go directly into the product (i.e. there is no login screen shown), it is not possible to access the product without having an SSO account.

It is required to be able to bypass SSO (at the very least from on the server) to be able to assist / troubleshoot the system.
