After a portal review, it has been raised that there are some elements of the portal screen that are not as inclusive and accessible as they need to be.

We are only able to remove capital letters from specific areas of the portal screen. For example, we are unable to remove capitals from buttons, the counts widget etc.

A Standard case is needed, as our users with neurodiverse brains (such as dyslexia) struggle to read capital case.
