Currently, when a call/request/task is open in edit mode, the system counts this as time spent working on the item for the timesheet functionality within the tool. There should be an option to turn this off so that only time added by analysts is what is counted in time sheets to prevent instances where an analyst opens a call, forgets to exit it and racking up incorrect time
With the appropriate permissions, have the ability to edit other user's time sheet entries and flag items for exclusion for reporting purposes. This is so managers can adjust their staff members time sheets if they feel the entries are incorrect.
