Email Header & Footer - set on a per partition basis

Set a per partition Email Header/Footer.

Currently it's "Global" so affects all partitions, and this is no good if we have HR/IT/Facilities etc, as they all end up with the same email headers/footers.

The only alternative we have at the moment is to disable the Global Email Header/Footer and set them per message template, which is a pain because some workflows could have multiple email's triggered.

Doing it per email template also means if it needs changing, it needs to be changed on LOTS of templates.

Setting per Partition means that any changes need to be done once per partition.

Thanks thats quite useful to know. We might have a go at that on our test system

Not sure if this is helpful - but we save email headers and footers as CIs, and then pull the fields into our message templates. E.g. We have an 'IT footer' CI item that has our Service Desk signature in the description field - we then add the field onto the request details screen (and hide it), and add the linked field (description) where we want the footer to show in our email templates. Hope that makes sense :)
