Not sure if this has been picked up yet, but I’ve noticed that when you do a service request from the portal, the icon and title on the request are linked to a search area that is confusing to use. As a web user, people are more likely to start at the top if they see areas are clickable. The Select icon goes to when I’d expect it to go (below). If you go down the confusing route and try to go back, you lose the page (ERR_FAILED message in Chrome).
