Update note and service/type overwrite based on Parent Ticket Information

I have been unsuccessful in identifying whether this is on the Alemba roadmap. Is it possible to enable an option to distribute notes added to child tickets when the parent is updated. Additionally, is it possible for child tickets to see an overwrite of the service / type field should the parent ticket be different.
