Providing incoming/outgoing triggers for Power Automate would open up a lot of automation possibilities both in terms of communication but also in the 'real world'. For instance, a motion or moisture sensor being triggered could generate a call or workflow. This could be worked around with emails but it would be better if it was native and handled entirely within ASM.
This would be a particularly useful feature in reverse. So rather than Flow being used to trigger the creation of incidents or service actions, using Flow to assist with automation, adding people to Active Directory groups etc.
