It would be good to have a keywords field on service actions which could be included in portal global searches. At the moment it searches title and description. These are both visible to customers so aren't good places to include synonyms etc. For example, if there's a 'Request new equipment' form in the catalogue, it would be good to be able to include keywords like laptop, desktop, tablet, mobile phone, monitor, mouse etc in the search as these are search terms a user wanting a particular piece of equipment would want to use. You don't want to put them all in the description, it becomes messy.
