I would like the option to upload a custom CSS file that is applied when rendering pages within ASM. This would allow for customisation of all aspects of the system where there isn't a built-in way of doing so. 

A custom bypass variable could be allowed for in AMS URLs that would ignore the custom CSS, should somebody make changes that render the system unusable through the browser.
