Apply sorting on the assigned to field in NANO.
Can the assigned to field be sort alphabetically, at the moment there is no sort order on the list box making it difficult to find either an analyst or group for assigning calls.

Allow saved searches for contracts
We can currently use saved searches for Calls, requests, tasks and CMDB items. Can saved searches be extended to other entities such as contract search?

Quick Search field (upper right-hand corner of Core) needs to retain search criteria like it did in v9

Restrict ability to review CMDB Linking
Customer would like for some analysts to be able to view individual CMDB Items, but NOT see how they are linked to other items in the infrastructure. They would like the ability to enable/disable this capability as needed.

Allow auto call closure to skip overwriting the reason field
We are looking to do analysis based on the reason entered by the analyst but are unable to as the reason code is overwritten by Autoclosure

We would like an audit log of calls that have been searched for/viewed
We are trying to understand if we can see which calls could have been seen by users of the system where they may not necessarily have updated the call.

add column for suspend date
in outstanding Tasks view add a column that shows the suspend date - as it does for remind date - to enable to see what date the task will be sent back to the Outstanding tasks view
