Configurable branding to be added to the bottom of every email template, which could be changed from a central location

I've been asked to update the branding on all our messaging templates. It would be helpful if this could be done centrally, rather than having to manually amend each template individually.

    ASM v10.3 included a new feature to allow the creation of a Global Header and/or Footer to be applied to the Message Templates. They can be created per Partition and for each configured language.
